The LED exposure of the new Nyloflex Next FV exposure machine allows a precise reproduction of the digital data, guaranteeing a perfect construction of the flat point and of the microcells "designed" perfectly by the CDI.
All this is possible by eliminating, with the intensity of the LED light, the oxygen present in the atmosphere which generates a refraction of the light distorting the point. With this combination, ink transfer is achieved that is unattainable with traditional digital technology.
